Log into your Backer’s account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Drop Off Your Return
Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
